Control Contracting Engineering (CCE) was established in Cairo in 2005 under Egyptian law as an architectural and civil engineering company.
CCE have evolved from a modest construction contracting company into a leading supplier and exclusive agent for nine of the world’s top worldwide manufacturers of construction testing equipment, heavy construction equipment, drilling and mining equipment, all leaders in their fields.

Our Journey
CCE was established under Egyptian law, Control Engineering started as a company focused on civil and architectural contracting and general construction trading.
Secured our first trading agency with Humboldt Mfg (USA), a leading manufacturer of construction testing machines, marking our initial step into the equipment supply domain, becoming the exclusive agent for this well-known global brand.
We expanded our portfolio to offer advanced and specialist equipment’s in construction testing machine with partnership with international partners from UK (Copper Technology and (Utest) in Turkey a well-known global brand in construction testing machines to introduce comprehensive equipment and service packages for construction projects in Egypt and Africa, setting the stage for regional expansion.
After 25th of January Revolution, we initiated our export activity to manufacture and supply the Asphalt, Concrete and soil testing tools to our clients in gulf region
Contributed to Egypt’s national initiative to construct 6,000 km of new roads in addition to mega construction projects, positioning ourselves as a trusted equipment supplier for mega road infrastructure projects
We added a new business line in mining and drilling activities, acquired agency rights for Fraste S.p.A (Italy), a global leader in drilling rigs for mining, geotechnical, and water well applications to serve the growing demand in Egypt’s mining sector
Expanded our mining portfolio by acquiring new agencies specializing in drilling tools, enabling us to deliver end-to-end solutions to drilling contractors and mining operators aligned with Egypt’s vision to maximize GDP through mining
Established a state-of-the-art maintenance workshop to enhance after-sales service quality and support long-term equipment performance offering full services after sale, spare parts, and technical support to keep machines running smoothly for our clients.
Following the currency devaluation challenges in Egypt in 2022 and 2023, we took the initiative to develop our market presence in neighboring countries as a strategy for our presence in new markets and to balance income between local and foreign currencies
We have further expanded our portfolio in the field of construction testing machines and acquired the agency rights for Controls Spa, a global leader in providing high-quality, advanced machines for our new mega projects in Egypt and our bordering countries
Launched a dedicated site operations department staff to offer complete services—including supply, training, maintenance, and on-site operation—providing our clients with comprehensive, turnkey solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
